A few digests back, someone mentioned a mecanical device that you insert
into your brake reservoir, and the device analyzes your brake fluid, letting
you know it's condition.  www.wagnerbrake.com has Wet Check Test strips
which are treated to test moisture content for about $1.00 per test.  "as
easy as reading a dipstick", or so the ad says.
