The 3.25 is a simple replacement.  Other than the flanges, which you already
know about there is no difference -- except in performance.  You will not
believe how much of an improvement this makes.  It's like everything goes up
a gear.  There used to be a steep canyon where I always had to downshift to
second gear because the engine was lugging.  After the 3.25 went in ZOOM!
Third gear all the way, pulling like a tractor.  You will be *really* glad
you made this mod.
