Car Stereo

Hey Sereo Heads, I have another challenge.  I would like to replace the
speakers in my 95 325i.  What would be the best speakers in your opinions?
Also, I think I would like to install a single sub to feed through the arm
rest hole as I have read here on the digest.  Who did that, and if you read
this, please give me some more info on it.  Did you build the box yourself,
etc.

I want this to LOOK completely stock, no extra kick panels and all speakers
will be installed in FACTORY locations.  What are the best speakers for the
job?  Which, if not all speakers, should I replace?
