i'm not clear on what the problem is with majordomo. i didn't change the
parameter, but it seems to be generating bigger digests; the method used
for computing sizes may have changed from version 1.93 (the one on wizvax)
and version 1.94.3 (the version on digest.net). i'll continue investigating.
