  The refill capacity is 6.0 qt.  The initial capacity is 6.9 qt.
We have found that 6.5 qt. usually fills to the upper range line with the
engine cold. Of course everyone knows to first remove  the oil filter  bolt to
allow oil to drain  from the filter housing into the sump, also  the GT. pan
has two drain plugs -pay heed to the torque specs the front  plug boss area is
prone to crack if over torqued
