administrivia: list movement progress

only 14 confirmation requests remain in the mail queue on krusty, 7 hours
after i launched the list move. this means that 3960+ email messages have
been delivered or bounced because of bad addresses -- exim is doing a
splendid job of getting the mail out.

some 461 of you have actually made it onto the new list. it will likely
take a day or two for those numbers to get back to where they used to be.
there are a lot more bogus addresses in the ~3975 addresses than i
realized, judging from the stuff i'm getting back, which fully justifies my
decision to require all of you to confirm that you wanted to stay on the
list, at least as far as i'm concerned.

the new server is loafing along, not working terribly hard even when the
outgoing mail load peaked. i think this is going to work out quite well.
