Brad,

First, a 64.4 was a good time for that day on streets. The guy who won
your class, John Woodcock, ran a 63.something and John has won most SS
classes this year.

As for running Rs, you would most likely drop between 2-2.5 seconds off
your time on a course of this length. For reference, I run a mostly stock
(JC chip and R-compounds) E30 M3 on Kumhos and I ran a 62.6. Our best drivers,
that ran that day, David Lasalle, Mike Ko and Woody Hair all ran in the
60-61 second range.

Mike Wendell would be unhappy to see you leave SS though. Right Mike?
