The way BMW NA does it on their trucks:
Take off the 4 rubber/plastic jackpoints underdneath the car,
leaving 4 open holes in the reinforced rockers.
Insert T-hooks into those holes and crank those chains
down on the trailer.
Works great, factory approved method.
