The formula is simple;
235/40/17=3D
(235 x .40 x 2) / 25.4 + 17 =3D 24.40 inches
or
235 x .40 x 2 + (17 x 25.4) =3D 619.8 mm
check: 619.8/25.4 =3D 24.40
Plug in the other sizes or do a spreadsheet.
