Extended Warranty + wanted '90 325i

Folks,

I am considering purchasing an Extended Warranty plan for my '95 M3.

The Plans available at the dealer seemed very pricey so I checked with 
Warranty Gold(Edmunds site) and they came up with figures that were 
40% lower. The list of items covered under Warranty Gold seem quite complete 
and comparable to the dealer plan(I could be overlooking a few things). 

I would like to hear from people who have experience/suggestions/comments 
on dealer offered plans versus aftermarket plans. Anybody on a plan from 
Warranty Gold ?? 

Also, 
WANTED: a well cared for '90 325i(s) with 70-80K miles on it.
Any sellers ??? I am in Austin, TX but am willing to travel.
