Glove box removal

I'd like to thank all everyone who sent responses to my query about
removing an '96 318is glovebox.  There was a ninth, 10 mm bolt
underneath the glovebox light that was holding things fast.

No one had any suggestions about how to raise the cable clamp/shutter
at the back of the fuse box, so today I ask my dealer to puzzle this
one out, as I am installing an accessory following _their_ printed
instructions. :) Stuart Metcalfe and "RONHHO", however, have suggested
alternative routes: go through the DME cavity and behind the passenger
side kick panel, respectively.
