Bad Bavarian Autosport experience

I ordered two items from BA a few days ago.  Got a box today with one of 
the two and a slip of paper saying the other one was out of stock and 
would be in in 2-3 weeks.  No problem.  Only I was charged for the 
backordered part anyway.  Also the part that did come in was a 
windshield locking strip installation tool that was hanging out of its 
package, had windshield sealant crap all over one tip, and had already 
been well "tested".  Give me a break.  Now where's that number for BMP?
