Workshop manual sources for a 2800CS?

Does anyone have workshop manuals for a 1970 2800CS they'd be willing to
part with?  Any pointers to sources would be much appreciated.
Alternatively, does Bentley, Haynes, Chilton print books specifically for my
car.  I saw a Chilton book that said it covered BMWs from 1970-1988, but
upon inspection there seemed to be very little coverage (pictorally, or
otherwise) of the 2800 CS; the electrical diagrams in this book didn't even
go back past 1975.  

One other thing, at some point the two zeros in the 2800 lettering on the
back of the trunklid have broken off the 28.  Anyone have or know where I
could get replacement letters?  Thanks in advance for any tips you could
give me.
