I have 16x7.5 MM11's mounted on my E36 325i (not 6 series) and have had
nothing but compliments on their looks. You will see a good portion of
the slow-down parts behind the thin five spokes. 225/50-16's are
probably the largest tires that will fit within the E36 wheel well
without some home handywork. The TireRack catalog doesn't list the MM11
as fitting the 3'er, but after speaking with the rep I found out they
would (and do!). With Scot blood in me, these rims for $155 each could
not be a better choice. Enjoy.
