K&N Filter w/ RAM Air kit on E36

I wanted to pass this bit of data along...
If you are using a K&N filter and Ram Air intake (which takes air from
your brake duct)on your E36 (M3,etc.), you might want to check the
filter a little more frequently that usual. With more heavy particles
being picked up and sucked into your airbox, the filter does get dirtier
than if the Ram Air tube is not being used. I'll be keeping an eye on
it between track events. I just checked mine; it's real dirty.

Your right. There's alot of large particles and sand -like dirt.
I just tap the filter on the ground and put it back in.
