I also drive a 328is with sports package, and am a bit underwhelmed
with ASC+T for the same reason.  The system _does_ work, but its
reaction time leaves a bit to be desired, IMHO.  I wonder if there are
other traction control systems that work better.  This is the only car
I've ever driven that has one.
