Seats & Mirrors Again

Thanks to all for the tips on getting at the seat guts.  I do need a new
headrest motor .  While I'm still on seats.
- -I'm not sure the seat heaters are working, no green light on the switch when
activated and no noticable heat.  Any suggesstions??
- -I saw in the FAQ a note about the automatic passenger mirror driving down in
reverse. I tried both positions of the "toggle" control with no luck. Is
there any way to go further??
