633 Oil Spray Bar

When I last checked my valves I also check the hollow oil spray bolts. I
noticed that the hollow spray tube was indented (to perhaps half it's
original radius) under the bolts.  Is this the way it's intended to be?
I was checking the FAQ and it hinted there that the oil spray bar should
not be compressed at all.

Secondly, anyone replaced the oil pump in this car?  My oil light is
coming on for 2 - 3 seconds on a cold start and it comes on less if the
car is pointing nose down.  It has 153K on it so I'm guessing I should
replace the pump but am worried about the size of the task.
