M3 Evolution in US?

Hello - does anyone know of a way to get an M3 Evolution (with the 3.2L 
321 hp full VANOS engine and 6 speed) in the US?  I've seen two European 
M3's in the Silicon Valley area in the last week and I was wondering how 
I'd go about getting one...
