This has been the subject of a lot of discussion lately.
The consence seems to be that the '97 US spec M3 will NOT
have a 6 spd. Just for the sake of keeping the argument going
consider this. Page 117 of the September Roundel, ad by Fred
Opert Racing. "Huge European Delivery Savings on yuor new
BMW, Porsche or Mercedes..." the ad reads. The he list some
examples, amoung which is "BMW M3 Sport Coupe, '97, 6 spd,
$37490. Ad states that ALL CARS ARE US SPEC!
Hummmm!!!
