Thanks for confirming my suspicions! Anyway, the Eibach bars don't come with
Hiem joints, they just bolt right on to the stock ones.

I also noticed that the rod no longer sits paralles with the strut body, as
it did with the stock bar. Could this angle (5 - 10 degrees) be causing the
problem. Guess I'll have to put the stock bar back on and see if the clunk is
still there. I suspect it WON'T be! In which case the bars are going back!
