M3 Swaybar <clunk!>

Help! I installed a set of Eibach sway bars on my '95 M3 two weeks ago and
now the front bar has developed a VERY annoying clunking sound/feel over
every small bump. Performance is fine, however. I just had the front bar
changed from the soft to hard setting today and the clunking is still there.
Anyone know what's going on? Do I need to get some new heim (sp.?) joints? I
had no noises with the stock bar. Advice? Suggestions? Commiserators? Thanks
