Final Drive ratios on E36 M3

Okay, I want to get the 3.23 (3.15 stock) final drive ratio, but I also wanted 
to put 245/45 17(235/40 17 stock) Bridgestone Potenza S-02's at the rear. What 
would the difference be in the effective final drive ratio?

Also how would this affect my speedo? Can I get it recalibrated?

BTW what's the price on the DTM style lightweight front lip spoiler?
