You mentioned that you had the wheel mounted and balanced.  If you mean
that you put the tire back on then you should try dismounting the tire
and spinning just the rim.  It may be that some of that fix-a-flat stuff
is adhering to one side of the tire and throwing off the balance or the
tire is in some way damaged from running out of balance on an eliptical
rim for a while.
If the wheel itself is out of balance, I would consider sending it back
since there may be some structural flaw that was exacerbated by the
mounting of the tire.
