<E30 M3> BFG R1 tire pressure and rear toe setting

Fellow E30 M3 pilots:

For those of you running BFG R1's (225/50-15) on the track, what tire
pressures are you using?  Also, is there any way to adjust the toe on the
rear wheels?  TIA for any help.
