<E36> Inspection I costs

Hi all,

Now that I have about 15,000 miles on my sedan, I'm about due for an
Inspection I.
Recent posts on this topic questioned the cost/value of this service. My
local dealer quoted me $ 370  (!!) for basically an oil change and some
visual inspections. Well, I'm not sure it's worth the cost ,since the car
runs great and I'm perfectly capable of inspecting/servicing it myself. 

Does anyone think the Inspection I is worth what the dealer is charging?
