<Euro> Looking at 320 for sale..

Hello,

Today I ran across a 1978 320 convertible (Euro model) imported in 1984 and 
single owner.
The bad: Its auto, drive seat used up and have a three small rust spots.
The good:  Single owner since imported, 6 cylinder.  The asking price is 
(dum..dum..drrrmm) US$ 1800.

I know rust is bad.. I didn't actually see the car yet, but I wanted to see 
how you guys/gals felt about this potential beauty.

Please let me know what you think.. I'm seeing the car tonight, but if it 
looks good, I want to make an offer right there with the money in pocket.
