(e23) Headlight problem

	The left outside headlight does not go to high beam when I 
switchg to high beam.  No problem with the one on the right.  I replaced 
the headlight (yes, the replacement was identical to the right-side 
light).  No luck.  All the wires _seem_ tight.  I suspect there's a relay or 
something that I need to check.
	Anyone got any suggestions?
