E30 Indicator light mods

Hi gang. Have any of you "detailers" attempted to replace the horrible
orange reflectors in the front bumper. I am tired of the orange reflectors,
and want to replace them with white plastic, like the reverse lights. My
friend has a VW Fox, which has white strips in the rear bumper for reverse
lights, but they just don't fit. Does anyone know which car's might, or if
the Dealers have parts ???
