Hi everyone!
Here's my problem--my '76 2002 runs fine initially but as the day goes by
it takes longer to get it to start. It turns over but won't catch and stay
running (I think someone else in the digest has the same type of problem).
However, I can always start it the next day. I'm not sure if the weather
here in Boulder is affecting the carb or something in the car--the days
have been getting pretty hot mid-90's.
I suspect its the fuel pump so I'm taking it to a mechanic and have him
check it out. Any other suggestions? If it is the fuel pump--how much do
you think this repair job would be?
Thank you in advance for any advice you can give me.
