<E30 M3> Dinan Stage 3 Suspension

Howdy.

I just called Dinan to price a stage three upgrade for my E30 M3.  I was
quoted $2,000.56 (BMW CCA member price), out the door, for the parts and
labor (including koni adjustable shocks.)  Is this worth it?  Can I do
better buying Eibach or equivelent parts myself and having my shop install
them?  What would you do? (or did you do?)  I would really like to keep the
cost below $1500 if possible.

Any wonderfull advice???
