Why not CA CARB protest (was: <MISC> Smog Check II Protest)

For the politicos that brought you engine eating (and untested) diesel
fuel, fire making reformulated (and untested) gasoline, roadside
sniffing exhaust gestapo, and smog check II (w/ politically correct
dynomometers?):

Why has no ballot initiative been started to scrag out your bureacratic butts?

The CA state legislature and governor have brought these non-science /
bad-science types roost and fester (and declare all cars in CA SMOG
belching demons that should be replaced by non-existent public
transit).

For those of you in the rest of the country, watch out. What starts on
the left coast usually ends up infiltrating the entire country.
