Broken power window switch 318ti help

Hello everyone-

I have a 96 318ti with the Active Pkg and the power windows 

have two features were one press down with continous pressure

then the window goes down and when you press a little further

the window will do a one touch up or down. It seems the passenger

side will not do the one touch option. Can any other 318ti owners

verify if this has been a problem with them as well???.

P.S. What oil weight was recomended by your dealer for the ti?
Mine said 20w-50
