re: <E28> turn signal problem

I had a different problem with my turn signal switch. I tried
to get into it to fix it. I got close, but needed to take
advantage of my machine-shop connections to make it work. Then
after the switch was repaired and working, I dropped it and
broke it :-(

I replaced it with a used switch. Don't remember the cost fer
sher, but $30 or so seems to come to mind. I have bought used
parts numerous times through places advertised in the Roundel.
No complaints yet.
