m3 suspension into e36 325i

Hi all,
I've been considering picking up some of the used m3 spring/shocks/struts/sway bars
to put into my 325i.

Questions:
1)  The bushings on the sway bars; will the m3 pieces fit into the 325i?  I think
I've heard that some modification is required?
2)  I've heard that struts can be screwed up pretty easily during removal.
True?
3)  If I could get only sway bars and springs, where's a good source for
struts and shocks?
