<02> Switch location/swap questions

Hi Folks,

'72 and later 2002s came with the windshield wiper controls mounted on the
steering column.  I have a '71 (similar to the '72 in some respects) and am
interested in moving my dash mounted wiper control to the steering column.  
  1) Is this possible simply by swapping switches and re-routing the wiring?

The heater blower speed switch is mounted on the dash on my '71 02...
  2) Where is this switch mounted on later models, particulary the '74?  Does
     it exist on the '74s?

I'd like to move my turn-signal switch to the left-hand-side and have it also
control the high-beams.
  3) Is it possible to use the turn-signal indicator for a later model for
     this purpose?
