The u-fiche reader from Autohaus Europarts in San Antonio, TX (908-821-6152)
went from $159.00 to $169.00 + $22.50 shipping to Connecticut. I called about
six weeks ago and was put on a waiting list. She called and said mine would
ship today or Monday. It is supposedly a reconditioned unit made by Bell &
Howell with a 90 day parts & labor guarantee. Although it will read Porsche
fiche as is, you will need a different lens to view the whole window at one
time. She claimed the units are getting harder to find, explaining the long
wait.
