Digest Format Question

Fellow digesters,
 
Most of the time I receive the digests with spacer lines between the message 
header, the different parts of the intro and contents, and between each of 
the separate posts.  This enhances readabilty.
 
Occasionally, like with V5, Nos. 30, 31, and 32, I receive them with no 
spacer lines at all.  I can't figure out why.
 
Is this happening to all of you?  I suppose the alternate explanation is that 
CIS' internet mail processing system is somehow stripping the CR-LFs off.
