My MISTAKE! I apologize to the person who I wrote about the
'74 being ILLEGAL without a smog pump. Ben T. is right that
the pump is only for the '75-'76 from looking through
some of my books/catalogs. I got carried away since the '74
owner *implied* that he got away with a smog test without the pump.
So I suppose he has an extra smog pump lying around for nothing.
Anways I'm glad my car doesn't have one. =)
