TONY.D.OAKLEY@domain.elided gives a list of cars that are
for sale.

by way of suppressing any flack about this, tony consulted with
me before doing so.  what he is doing is commercial in nature, but
i approved it as long as there is no crass, obnoxious advertising
and it is kept to a minimum of basic facts.

this policy applies to everyone on the list; i will further caution
everyone that customers solicited from the net have an excellent
venue for venting complaints, so it is essential in such dealings for
everyone to be absolutely straight with each other.
