Hello fellow motorheads,
Rich was contemplating the thought of going -1 on the rims of the 95 M3.
Here's my two cents:
Dont do it. I think the Motorsport rims are the most beautifull rims I have
ever seen. They are a breed between the classic BBS design and Ferraris' F40
rim design.
I understand that the MX3's are 275 per tire but when mine are worn out I 'll
replace them with Yokohama AVS Intermidiate 235-40-17 ZR (same size) at $170
a tire (Tire Rack). You cant beat that price for any 17" tire.
I have never used the AVS Intermidiates but from what I have heard they are
very good.
I saw a red 95 M3 with 16" rims and it looked like a distant cousin of the
M3 (more M3's cousin from New York).
If anybody has input on the Yoko AVS Intermidiates please jump in.
