Stephan Woodward asks about 2002 springs.

I have played with '02 springs many times over the last 15 years.  IMHO:

1.  Replace all four of the springs at once, as it *will* make a difference
if the front and rear springs are not of the same spring rate.  
2.  Front and rear springs are not interchangeable.
3.  The markings on your springs indicate that they are "white" springs.  The
stiffer factory springs are the "green" springs (white stripe replaced by a
green one).
4.  If you can afford them, put Bilsteins in the car, if you plan to keep it
for a while.  Unless you are a masochist, get the Bilstein Street shocks for
the way you appear to drive the car.
