bmw modification

I own a 94 325ic that I would like to modify.

I would like some help regarding the aftermarket parts.

is a Dinan chip any better than the Autothority?
is there brakes upgrade for this car?
anybody know heard about the Autothority flotech intake?(advrtised 
autoweek dec 19-25 94 page 26).
what would be the best way to go in terms of handling? 
(suspension,tires,etc.)
Most of the time my bimmer doesn't feel as smooth as it can, I tried to 
find a pattern -  fuel type, oil type, whether,use injector cleaners,
it seems random.
