I just replaced my blades with refills (not the whole assembly). You are right
about the passenger side, the OEM part is supposed to be 5mm longer (535?).
Anyway, I used the 530mm Microedge refill by doing this: On the Microedge
refill there is a small plastic "washer", if you pull it off the the little
clasp just fits onto the blade holder. On the driver side this "washer" is
just fine where it is for a snug fit. No problems after two months.
