The end to MM as a subject - please

Actually, Thi, Jim Blanton had a lot of good things to say about Jim
and MM, but stated that he thought there were some philosophical
differences in business management that prompted him to leave the
company. He just practices the American ethic of trying to offer
something others can't and earn money for the knowledge. Remember
that Jim B. was involved with a lot of the development that MM uses
today in trans. designs, so there's no reason to knock an idea that MM
uses today.
I'd like to let this thread go & not discuss it anymore. I would
however, suggest that if someone is thinking about having a trans.
rebuilt and they are considering MM, that they also talk to Jim
Blanton about doing the same work. I think you'll get a little less
"production line" treatment... IMO, YMMV all disclaimers of
non-profit/non-interest in either business apply.

best wishes, brian
