Looks like I have a bad reverse light switch.  Bulbs look OK.  Does
anyone have a tutorial on how to DIY?

It screws into the left (driver's) side of the  manual transmission. I don't
know about the automatic. The Bentley book has a picture. It is easy if you
have the car up on a lift.
