 Scott and others with tires to change,
 
If you are a Costco member, they will change tires even if you don't buy
 from them for $9.00 apiece.  They also do flat repairs for no charge for
members, and they don't plug but patch.  And tires are all they do so they
 are pretty proficient at it.  They even torque the lugs!

 Membership has its benefits.
