Anyone know of a website which lists what an option package includes and its
pricing?  I am looking at used 3 Series convertibles, both E36 and E46,
which have varying option packages, usually Premium, Sport, or Cold Weather.
Edmunds and Kelly only list individual items and prices.

Is there a way to get a CarFax report free?
