from the messages i've received off list, it looks like indeed, RD's us rep
didn't learn their lesson. they are now on Cox (a cable modem based broad
band provider), and spamming away, apparently using the same old list.

i'm having some difficulty getting a direct contact at cox. for now, i
recommend directing complaints to abuse@domain.elided

as before, be polite and professional, include the complete spam (including
all headers if you can), and mention that they've already been booted from
one provider for spamming.
