Dean and Beatle,

Perhaps the list could initially be put up on the server as a link much
like the list of Window glass was.  Sure, there will be issues with
maintaining it, but it may be a place to start.
Richard, does this have merit?

Dean, I guess one problem with a discrete Email list is that any new
Aussies
to the AD won't realise it's available, nor will anyone who misses the past
few weeks correspondence.
